Twenty years building businesses in Africa's hardest markets.

Most people who advise on the Nigerian market have studied it. I run businesses inside it.
As Chief Operating Officer of a payments company licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria, I oversee eleven departments and the compliance, operations, and commercial machinery that a regulated fintech demands. In a single recent quarter that meant safeguarding ₦2.59 billion in transactions at over 97% reconciliation accuracy. It is a seat that leaves no room for theory.
The foundation runs deeper than any one company. For over twenty years I have brokered business deals; for over fifteen I have registered businesses and non-profits and carried them through the CAC, FIRS, LIRS and NRS. That is groundwork most advisors have never actually done.
Before this seat, I built. I was founding CEO of CubeHub Nigeria, and I led OfficePhase through its expansion into East Africa, opening operations in Kigali. Building a business in one African market teaches you plenty. Building across several teaches you what actually travels and what does not.
That groundwork now sits behind the advice I give. Across sectors as different as payments, device and insurance infrastructure, distribution, media, and health, I have done the unglamorous work that makes a business real here: the registration, the filings, the partner selection, the operations that actually hold up.
Enter Nigeria with an operator,
not a brochure.
Foreign companies and investors lose money in Nigeria for predictable reasons: the wrong local partner, a regulatory step missed, an operation built on assumptions that do not hold on the ground. I help you avoid all three. Over the last two decades I have registered the businesses, filed with the authorities behind them, and brokered the deals that made them work, all from the operator's seat rather than a slide deck.
Market-entry strategy
How to structure your entry into Nigeria and Africa, where the real risks sit, and where the openings others miss actually are.
Company & non-profit registration
Incorporation and CAC registration handled right the first time, drawn from over fifteen years of standing up entities properly in Nigeria.
Tax setup & filing
Registration and filing across FIRS, LIRS and the NRS, from someone who has carried these obligations for more than a decade.
Operational setup
Standing up teams, processes, and controls that function in the local reality, not just on paper.
Partnership & deal brokerage
Over twenty years vetting partners and brokering deals, structured so your interests hold when conditions change.
Advisory & fractional leadership
An operator on call, or in the room, as your interests require.
For investors and partners
If you are structuring a deal in this market and want an advisor who has built real businesses here, brokered the deals behind them, and answered to a regulator daily, let's talk.
Trusted at the table, not just for the pitch.
Ventures where I sit on the board or the management team, across very different sectors.
